I flagged a dishonest site that has been badly treating an intelligent girl for years but YouTube has not responded. Thousands of us that hate cyberbullying can't do anything if the authorities allow sites to give thousands of people that don't care the opportunity to continue the abuse for years.

People become psychologically damaged due to the smallest thing and this has to change. If anyone is being bullied, stand up and tell somebody. It really does help.
