The Hutton family from Portsmouth are celebrating as they have all won black belts in Tae Kwon Do.
Father John Hutton learned the martial art with his daughters Laura and Amy, and sons Joe and James, reports the Portsmouth News.
The family have climbed their way up the rankings since joining Cowplain Tae Kwon Do Club in January 2006 and have now reached the level of black belt.
Mr Hutton told the newspaper he occasionally has to face his children in classes but admitted they are very good and tend to beat him.
"I didn't sign them up because I was worried about them being attacked or wanted them to beat anybody up, I was concerned about health and fitness and it's great for increasing confidence," said Mr Hutton.
The black belt in Tae Kwon Do signifies maturity and proficiency in the martial art, and can only be achieved after passing numerous examinations.
