A junior school is putting on a play highlighting the issue of bullying.
Students from Fakenham Junior School are set to perform the production entitled Bully! at the end of term to send an important message across the whole school, reports the Fakenham & Wells Times.
Bully! aims to explain that bullies are often victims themselves and can be transformed with the right support.
The play follows the story of a girl gang leader whose brother becomes involved in one of their victim's problems and leads her to question her behaviour.
Jacqui Lound, teacher from the school and play's director, told the newspaper: "The children have been really fired up about this production and really enjoyed taking part in it."
During June, four teenagers from East Anglia launched their anti-bullying Just Smile project, which erected special boxes around 75 schools in the area where messages can be posted and checked by staff, the Eastern Daily Press reported.
